What can I use Prepforce for?
Prepforce allows you to ingest file data from SFTP, transform the data using Prepforce's low-code transformation layer, and then load to Salesforce.
Does Prepforce store my data?
Prepforce does not store any of your data. It serves as a pass through to transform and load your file data to Salesforce.
What about security and compliance?
Customers requiring a SOC 2 report or to sign BAAs (HIPAA) & DPAs (GDPR) should speak with Integrate.io about subscriptions to their paid platform offering.
How does Prepforce customer support work?
As Prepforce customer support is provided by the Integrate.io support team, it is only on a best-effort basis as priority is always given to providing industry-leading support to Integrate.io paid customers.
Is there a usage limit on Prepforce?
Each Prepforce account comes with 1 hour of data pipeline run time each day.
Can I upload a file from my computer?
Prepforce currently only supports ingesting files from SFTP servers. If you do not have a SFTP server, SFTP To Go is a quick and easy solution for setting one up.
